Trailed sprayer with front air suction for vineyards, orchards, and tall-trunk trees

Range of professional trailed sprayers with large air volume for treatments on vineyards, orchards, olive groves and tall-trunk trees. 
The new tank designed by Nobili is available in 1000-1500 and 2000 litre capacities and is provided with 3 independent tanks integrated into a single body. The large pump compartment simplifies the maintenance of the machine parts, fitted on a robust hot-galvanized frame. Equipped with cataphoresis-treated high-pressure pumps or high-pressure brass pumps with flow rates from 120 to 170 litres/minute. Thanks to the double pneumatic mixer, mixing is effective even with the most concentrated solutions. 
The ANTIS series is characterized by 820 mm and 920 mm diameter tower-shaped tangential fans with front air suction. The new fan units enable to eliminate problems related to the suction of leaves, sprayed product as well as dust; they also direct the air flow and the plant protection products behind the suction area of the sprayer, ensuring safe protection for the operator. Peculiarities of the ANTIS fan units are the anti-wear clutches; the straightening flaps for stabilizing the flow on both treatment sides; the compact overall dimensions while manoeuvring; the possibility of adjusting the fan blade inclination in different positions, depending on the need of air volume for the vegetation to be treated and the available tractor HP. To complete the machine version, a wide range of accessories are available for any need.
