Reversible mulcher for pruning and branches

For shredding pruning residues without stepping on the windrows.
TRP PRO REV mulchers are provided with an hydraulic pick-up for lifting the pruning re-mains, with an internal mulching chamber without any contact with the ground. Suitable for tractors ranging from 90 to 150 HP, they can be front fitted, rear fitted and coupled to reverse drive tractors, simply by changing the hitch position. Of heavy-duty construction, the TRP PRO REV range is equipped with the PRO rotor, it has two calibrated grids in DOMEX steel for an homogeneous and fine shredding product and can be fitted with an optional front roller that facilitates working on large windrows. A peculiar feature of the PRO rotor are the toothed supports for hammer pins, welded on the rotor following a dou-ble spiral. These toothed supports, that are double compared to hammers, allow an homogeneous taking of the wood pieces that remain inside the mulching chamber until complete shredding. Moreover, when shredding large windrows or big diameter branches – when hammers recoil back due to the beating – the toothed supportsmake up for the temporary absence of hammers, acting themselves as fixed blades for the wood. Thanks to these features TRP PRO REV series can shred finely in one single passlarge and voluminous pruning windrowsat high working speed and productivity. The mulcher is constructed in compliance with European Regulations.
